Summer dreams, travelling stones and creative workshops at INTEURO

On 30 June 2026, children and young people took part in creative activities focused on summer plans, discovering Poland and working together. The programme included decorating stones, creating posters using scrapbooking techniques and designing colourful personalised mugs.

Summer dreams, creative energy and discovering interesting Polish initiatives – this is what another integration workshop for children and young people looked like. The meeting provided an opportunity to talk about summer plans, develop imagination and spend time together in a friendly atmosphere.

The participants talked about places they would like to visit, their ideas for the summer and different ways of spending the holidays actively and creatively. The conversations helped them get to know one another better, exchange inspiration and discover how diverse summer dreams can be.

Stones that set off on a journey

During the workshop, the children and young people learned about the popular Polish initiative #Kamyczki. It involves decorating small stones and leaving them in different places so that other people can find them.

Each participant prepared their own unique stone. Colourful patterns, drawings and symbols were created, each capable of bringing a smile to a chance finder. We hope that the decorated stones will soon continue their journey and reach many interesting places.

Summer plans created through scrapbooking

The next activity involved making colourful posters presenting summer plans and dreams. The participants used scrapbooking techniques, combining cut-outs, drawings, lettering and decorative elements.

Every poster was different. They featured journeys, meetings with loved ones, relaxing by the water, adventures in nature and ideas for developing personal interests. The works were full of colour, imagination and positive energy.

Unique mugs designed by the participants

At the end of the workshop, everyone had the opportunity to design and paint their own mug. The children and young people selected the colours, patterns and drawings themselves, creating unique objects that reflected the personalities and ideas of the young artists.

The workshops combined integration, learning about Polish initiatives and various forms of creative activity. Working together encouraged conversation, mutual inspiration and relationship-building, while also bringing the participants a great deal of joy.

We would like to thank everyone for their energy, smiles and fantastic ideas. It is the involvement of the children and young people that gives every meeting its unique character.

📌 Important: the activities combined discovering Poland, discussing summer plans and taking part in creative workshops. The participants decorated stones, created posters using scrapbooking techniques and designed their own mugs.
